For approved returned items, please allow four to six weeks for refund. The amount of the refund or credit will be the invoice amount less the shipping and handling charge, and other prepaid postage charges.
The Institute is not responsible for merchandise damaged while being returned to us and will not issue a credit or refund for merchandise that we receive that we cannot restock for resale. If we report the item damaged, you will be responsible for filing claim with shipping company.
If an item is returned to us outside of the parameters of this return policy, the shipment will be returned to you at your expense.
